This 4-week series classes guide caregivers and children of all ages through movements that follow a storyline. The experience is healing and a chance to connect deeper with your loved ones. You will learn a new self-soothing technique each class, and we will learn to embody the statement: "I can't believe I'm me."

Max Class Size: 42 people

Min Class Size: 3 families
