From 2023 to 2025 the JUMP Resident Creative Program served studio residency focused on artistic experimentation, multidisciplinary education, and cross-pollination.
Hosted in our 3000 sq. ft. shared warehouse studio space known as SKIP, the program welcomed 9 artists and creative teams from a wide range of disciplines. Residents were given access to collaborative workspace, professional tools through the JUMP Make Studio, and a supportive environment that fostered interaction, curiosity, and community connection.
Artists were encouraged to push boundaries and create interactive works that engaged the public—whether through participatory creation or dynamic final presentations. This program embodied JUMP’s mission to spark imagination and ignite creativity in ways that resonate far beyond our walls.
Though the residency has come to a close, its spirit lives on in the impactful works and vibrant community it helped foster.
OUR MISSION
We created JUMP as a place for everyone to discover new possibilities and explore their potential. This takes gumption, a combination of vision and courage. JUMP is an invitation to look at things in new ways, including ourselves, and to try things for the first time. JUMP is our underlying metaphor since “to jump” is to part with stability (leaving the ground beneath our feet) and experience something new. When we JUMP we expand our lives, enrich our communities, and push the human story forward.
