Workshop runs every second Tuesday of the month and is for anyone interested cooperative housing development. No experience required.

WORKSHOP DESCRIPTION:

A discussion group for people interested in the benefits and affordability of cooperative housing with the goal to form grassroots connections between community and industry. We will spend time co-learning topics on cooperatives, housing development, attainable healthy building materials, and methods.

Cooperative housing is a unique style of homeownership where you own shares in a co-op property.

PARTICIPANTS WILL LEARN:

How to form a cooperative, approach housing design and development, and find potential cooperative development partners to launch your project.
