Stand-alone workshop is open to anyone age 15+. No special experience required. 

Spoon Carving 

INSTRUCTOR: Chloe Kennedy    

Making your own spoons is as fun as it is simple! Great for people interested in whittling and not sure where to begin or just looking for a practical new hobby. We’ll provide all the supplies, you just show up ready to learn.   

Participants will learn:  

• Basics of whittling  

Participants will keep their spoon after class and any sandpaper needed to finish it. 

There are two opportunities to take this stand-alone workshop: 7/19, 8/2 

Materials to bring: It’s recommended you bring your own whittling knife if you have one.  (Sharpening supplies will be available for use during class.)   

Max Class Size: 15 

Min Class Size: 2
