Our Dreamweaver Filmmaking Labs are open to film enthusiasts with all levels of experience from total newbie to certified pro! The Dreamweaver Collective creates films from start to finish with the final films being premiered at our annual Idaho Film Fair in January.

DREAMWEAVER LABS: PRODUCTION

Filmmaking is a collaborative art form, requiring many people with many talents working together. At our weekly Production Lab, we will meet up as a team to discuss and plan our short film productions. We take the scripts from the Screenwriting Labs and set out a production schedule and work out all the details.

This is the place to find your spot on our crew, get insight into the complicated production process, and make connections with fellow filmmakers. 

ABOUT THE DREAMWEAVER COLLECTIVE:

The Dreamweaver Filmmaking Labs are part of a volunteer-based, collaborative PLAY Studio project with the mission to bring together a community to support local filmmakers, provide education to budding filmmakers, and get real life experience making movies!  

We believe that the best way to learn filmmaking is by doing just that—making films. We provide an open space where anyone with an interest in learning the ins-and-outs of film production can JUMP (pun intended) into the process at any level and learn from experienced professionals in a fast-paced, but supportive environment.
